With a lean team, I streamlined design processes to accelerate asset creation across experience visuals, webinar graphics, social media templates, and blog content. This involved implementing innovative solutions, including AI-assisted design, to enhance efficiency and maintain brand consistency.

Background

A key challenge at Confetti was balancing the pressure for rapid production with the need for unique, high-quality visuals that elevate and reinforce the brand.

The time and cost associated with traditional methods, like custom illustrations, were prohibitive, hindering our ability to quickly launch new experiences. Stock images offered a faster solution but fell short in providing the distinctive visual identity required to elevate Confetti's brand. While navigating design debt and design guild standards, I explored alternative workflows and AI-assisted methods to meet our needs.
